We built Nex Pest Control around a simple idea: send a technician who actually knows Carmel Valley Village's housing stock, soil type, and pest pressure, instead of reading from a national script. We're not a call center dispatching a stranger — the person who inspects your property is the same person who treats it and comes back if anything returns.
We hire slowly and train constantly, which is why our Carmel Valley Village technicians can tell you the difference between carpenter ant frass and termite droppings before they've even opened their toolbox. That expertise is what lets us diagnose the real problem instead of just masking the symptoms with a spray.
We started Nex Pest Control after seeing how many Carmel Valley Village families were re-paying for the same unresolved infestation every few months. That's the standard we hold every job to, whether it's a single-family home, a rental property, or a small business storefront.
Every Carmel Valley Village job we complete gets logged against the season, the property type, and the pest, which is how our technicians walk in already knowing what's likely and what isn't. That local data shortens the inspection and sharpens the treatment plan from the very first visit.
